Dr. Jared Morgan
Dr. Morgan completed his undergraduate degree at Boise State University. He earned his doctorate of Veterinary Science at St. George’s University in Grenada, hence his great interest and experience with exotic animals.
Dr. Morgan and his wife Julie have 5 children: Mikayla, Jericca, Eliza, Skyla and Jonah. They are a very active family and enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. The Morgan family roster also includes a few characters that make life at the clinic interesting, such as Gus the cat. Gus has been banned from the clinic because his efforts to open retail bags of food and taste test all the different kinds were very underappreciated. Their pet tortoise, Cronk, lives in the dog walk yard during the warm months; Cronk has been known to make a mad dash for the gate whenever it is open. Last but not least, the Morgans have birds named Poppy and Branch, as well as an assortment of creepy crawly snakes, lizards, and spiders.
Dr. Morgan began his career in veterinary medicine as a Veterinary Technician while he was still working his way through vet school. In 2011, following graduation, he worked as an associate doctor at Green Acres Pet Center in Boise, Idaho before moving to Pulaski, Virginia to become the owner of Tipton Ridge Veterinary Medical Center.
